What we collect, and what happens to it

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, what kind of engagement you selected, and your message. If you arrived from a case study the reference code of that case study travels with it, so we have the right engagement open when we reply.

Nothing else. There is no account to create and no profile behind it.

What we do with it

It is emailed to hello@nythas.xyz and read by a person. Your address is set as the reply-to on that email so the answer comes straight back to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share it.

Hiring enquiries to careers@nythas.xyz are handled the same way. Candidate documents are delivered through a separate system on careers.nythas.xyz, which sends only to people who applied and carries a one-click unsubscribe in every message.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, no session identifier and no fingerprinting.

It also loads nothing from anyone else's server. Fonts, icons and images are served from this domain, so visiting a page here does not tell a third party that you did.

What our host can see

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps operational request logs, and email is delivered through Resend. Both are processors acting for us and both can see the technical details any web or mail service sees: IP address, timestamp, and the page or message in transit.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox while the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, because a project that stalls often restarts. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your choices

Write to hello@nythas.xyz to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will answer within one working day and act within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason.
